The NourishWell Workshop is a series of video modules, and journal prompts that are intended to empower you to feel good in your body. Journaling is a key component of this workshop and is a proven way to instill long-term change. The healthy lifestyle habits you will work on each week, will give you more energy, improve overall health and make you feel good from the inside out. There are 5 modules covering body acceptance, nourishment, enjoyable movement, rejuvenating sleep, and mindfulness for stress relief. Each of these components of health are intertwined and impact one another. It is absolutely necessary to address all these components if you want to feel good. Each module has a short video discussion, a worksheet to help develop a plan, and daily journal prompts to help you commit to healthier habits and feel good in your body. Additional sheets and audio guides can be used to help with hunger assessment, mindful eating and relaxation as needed. Complete one module per week to make long lasting change in each element and feel great in the body you have.
